GoldSweeps.com ("Site") is an Internet property of LeaderDirect, a division of LeaderMarkets, LLC ("we," "us"). Your privacy is important to us. In
this statement we explain our online information practices
and the choices you can make about the way your information
is collected and used. We will use reasonable efforts
to make this statement available via a link on our homepage
and elsewhere on our site for easy reference.
Our Site may not be used by persons
under eighteen (18) years of age, or persons who are
not residents of the United States. Persons in these
categories must not disclose any information to us,
or use this Site. We do not knowingly solicit or collect
information from persons under eighteen (18) years of
age or who are not United States residents. We define
"United States" as the fifty (50) states,
plus U.S. territories, except for Puerto Rico and where
the GoldSweeps.com sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
The Information We Collect
This statement applies to all information collected
or submitted on this Site and sites under common ownership
with the Site. We collect information on the registration
forms that you complete in connection with registering for our sweepstakes program. Registrants also may qualify to receive complimentary
promotional offers after fulfilling the applicable participation
requirements ("Program"). During the course of the collection
of this information, it may be shared automatically
with third parties; you will see links those privacy
policies on the applicable pages. You agree to this
statement, in its entirety, when you: (1) access or
use our Site; (2) agree to receive marketing materials
from us on this Site or via any other means; (3) provide
any information to us on this Site or via any other
means; and/or (4) register for our sweepstakes
Program.
The types of personal identifying information
("personal information") we collect include:

We also collect non-personally identifiable

are small pieces of information stored on your hard

your privacy, and they cannot invade your hard drive

a website as easily as possible.
Our Site utilizes cookies to collect

Our Site's servers also automatically
identify your computer by its IP address, which is a
unique string of numbers that is assigned to your computer
by your Internet service provider. IP addresses are
automatically logged by web servers, collecting information
about a user's traffic patterns. While the IP address
does not identify an individual by name, it may, with
the cooperation of the ISP, be used to locate and identify
an individual using the Internet. Your IP address can,
however, reveal what geographic area you are connecting
from, or which ISP you are using. Your IP address may
be used to address problems with our server, administer
our Site and/or to gather broad demographic information
about our sweepstakes Registrants. Finally, the other websites that
you visit have IP addresses, and we may collect the
IP addresses of those websites and their pages, as well.
In addition, for the purpose of formatting
and delivering future campaigns, we may employ pixel
tags (also known as clear gifs) to track: 1) the pages
that our users visit on affiliate and/or partner websites;
and 2) user openings of, and clicks on, our targeted
email advertising.
We reserve the right to employ user
source information, including applicable category and
interest(s), for the marketing of targeted email messages.
This source information may be shared with our third
party marketing partners. We reserve the right to retain
cookie and pixel tag data indefinitely.
The Way We Use Information
Generally, we will use information collected on this
Site to contact the consumer in response to consumer-initiated
inquiries, to provide services requested by the consumer,
to alert consumers to changes in services or features,
and to provide consumers with requested information
regarding us or our services.

marketing to individuals who that have agreed to receive

We also reserve the right to disclose

rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding,
court order, when legal process is served on our Site,
if our assets are sold or acquired, or if our company

and we assume no responsibility relating to them.
We do not endorse, nor are we liable

Group Aggregate Data
We reserve the right to provide aggregate or group data
about our Site users for lawful purposes. Aggregate
or group data is data that describes the demographics,
usage, or characteristics of our Site users as a group,
without disclosing their personal information.

We endeavor to safeguard and protect our users' information.

which we store our users' personal information are kept

We process all unsubscribe/opt-out requests
promptly, but it may take 10 business days for the change to
be fully effective. Unsubscribing from one list may
not remove the consumer from all marketing lists. Similarly,
unsubscribing from one advertiser will not prevent the
consumer from receiving all advertisers' emails.
Because third parties maintain their
own unsubscribe/opt-out lists, email recipients who
wish to end their email subscription from a particular
third party must follow the instructions at the end
of each email message to unsubscribe from that specific
list. We do not control third party mailing lists and
cannot process unsubscribe/opt-out requests if the message
does not come directly from us.
Your California Privacy
Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California
residents who have provided personal information to
us or our third party advertisers and marketing partners
to request certain information regarding our disclosure
of personal information to third parties for their direct
marketing purposes. Within thirty days of receiving
such a request, we will provide a list of the categories
of personal information disclosed to third parties for
third party direct marketing purposes during the immediately
preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses
of these third parties. This request may be made no
more than once per calendar year.
Policy Changes
We do update our policy from time to time without notice
so please check back periodically. Changes to the Privacy
Policy will be posted on this Site and the effective
date of the policy will be modified to reflect the effective
date of the most recent version.
